Contact and Vibration Pickup
The TX C411-L5 captures mechanical vibrations from an instrument body rather than operating as a conventional air-pickup vocal microphone. Attach it to a suitable area of a compatible acoustic instrument using a supplied 3M adhesive pad.
Dual Connection Options
- Wireless mode: connect the integrated Mini 3-Pin Female connector to a selected compatible AKG wireless bodypack system. Wireless equipment is not included.
- Wired mode: use the included Mini 3-Pin to XLR power adapter with a compatible mixer or microphone input. Enable 48 V phantom power on the connected input.
Do not apply phantom power directly to the pickup without the supplied adapter. Confirm connector wiring and device compatibility before purchase.
Applications
Suitable for compatible acoustic guitar, violin, cello, double bass and other acoustic instrument surfaces. Not intended for direct voice pickup.
Before use, test the adhesive on an inconspicuous area and confirm compatibility with the instrument finish or coating.
