Details & applications
Contact and Vibration Pickup
The TX C411-L4 captures mechanical vibrations from an instrument body rather than functioning as a conventional air-pickup vocal microphone. Attach it to a suitable instrument surface using a supplied 3M adhesive pad.
Wireless Connection
Connect the integrated 3.5 mm TRS screw-lock plug to a selected compatible wireless bodypack transmitter with matching connector wiring and microphone power. Wireless equipment is sold separately. Physical connector fit alone does not guarantee electrical compatibility.
Wired Connection
Connect the microphone to the included 3.5 mm female jack to XLR power adapter, then connect the adapter to compatible audio equipment providing 48 V phantom power. Do not apply phantom power directly to the microphone’s 3.5 mm plug.
Supported Instrument Applications
The product documentation lists acoustic guitar, violin, banjo, guzheng and pipa as application examples. Placement affects the captured vibration character. Not intended for direct voice pickup.
Test adhesive compatibility on an inconspicuous area before attaching to delicate instrument finishes.
