The C-818 is a compact small-diaphragm condenser microphone designed for clear, natural sound capture in recording and live performance applications. Its modular construction allows the microphone capsule to be quickly removed and replaced, providing greater flexibility for different recording requirements.

The cardioid capsule provides focused sound pickup while helping reduce unwanted sound from the sides and rear. Its compact 100 mm body minimizes visual obstruction, making it well suited for instrument recording, solo performances, vocals, studio recording and other close-miking applications.
